hen Aiwu, 64, and her husband, Wang Dongsheng, 66, went on a 4,850-mile drive across the United States that left them impressed by Americans' friendliness and obedience to traffic laws, but had them wondering about poor connectivity that frustrated their WeChat updates. Back home, state media and netizens praised them for traveling while in their 60s.
