China moves to match other global space players by 2020 with efforts that include a manned space station, pioneering quantum satellite and international collaborations
While the U.S. has a ban on working with the country in outer space, China's planned Tiangong space station will be open to astronauts from other UN member states and will welcome those from developing countries that cannot afford extensive programs.
