Samsung will recall more than 190,000 Galaxy Note 7 phones in China after insisting they were safe despite continued reports of explosions

amsung's first reaction to the news of its Galaxy Note 7 phone exploding was to clarify that the devices in China and in the rest of the world had batteries that were manufactured by two different companies. However, after 20 "overheating or fire-related accidents" with the phones in China, Samsung upset consumers by telling them to exchange their devices or get a refund immediately.
