The book ‘Finding Gobi’ will recount a marathoner’s search for the dog that became his running companion during a race across the Gobi Desert

he Australian marathoner Dion Leonard befriended a stray dog who joined him on a 250-kilometer race across the Gobi Desert in China, but the animal ran away as it awaited transportation to Leonard's home in Scotland. The runner's nine-day, successful search for 'Gobi' will be made into a book.
