China’s richest man says his media company will offer a 40 percent rebate to any film or TV show that shoots at his new ‘movie metropolis’ studio in Qingdao

he massive subsidy will total $750 million over five years and be split between the Qingdao government and Wang Jianlin's Dalian Wanda Group. Infrastructure for movie making in the city is still under construction and scheduled for completion in August 2018.
