Noah Lachs

Noah Lachs is a Schwarzman Scholar (Class 2019). His research over the last year has focused on Sino-Russian policy towards Muslim ethnic minorities. Noah has also recently published work on Judaism and China in the Times Literary Supplement. Before coming to China, Noah studied at Oxford, where he was also President of the Oxford Union.
