Dexter Tiff Roberts

Dexter Tiff Roberts is a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Asia Security Initiative and a fellow at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center. He teaches political science at the University of Montana. He previously was the China bureau chief for Bloomberg Businessweek and was based in Beijing for more than two decades. He is the author of The Myth of Chinese Capitalism and writes the Trade War newsletter.
